The Gaming Tech Summit Africa 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, brought together industry
leaders, regulators, operators, developers, and technology experts to discuss the
future of gaming across the continent.
Speaking during the panel session themed “The Synthesis of Ideas: From Dialogue to
Direction,” participants highlighted the opportunities and challenges shaping
Africa’s gaming ecosystem.
According to the participant, they emphasized the need for greater collaboration
across the industry and called on stakeholders to work together in improving
compliance, and learning from shared experiences.
