LONACI LAUNCHES NATIONWIDE CONSULTATIONS TO BOOST PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND REVENUE
CÔTE D’IVOIRE– The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has launched a series of consultation meetings with its commercial partners across 15 zones in Abidjan and the country’s interior as part of efforts to strengthen its distribution network, improve product availability, and drive revenue growth.
The initiative commenced on October 20, 2026, at LONACI’s Aboisso agency under the direction of the Sales and Network Management Directorate (DVGR), led by Pierre Alain Kouassi and supported by Director General Dramane Coulibaly.
The first session brought together agents and concessionaires to discuss key operational issues, including staff training, commercial relations, and the availability of lottery products. LONACI identified these areas as critical to improving sales performance and enhancing the efficiency of its commercial network.
Speaking during the meeting, supervisor of the interior zones Khalil Coulibaly stressed the importance of maintaining close communication with agents and concessionaires, noting that their feedback is essential for identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
He emphasized that commercial partners play a central role in LONACI’s success and said the insights gathered during the consultation sessions would help the lottery better understand field-level concerns and address obstacles affecting business performance.
Participants welcomed the initiative, highlighting the value of having a direct platform to share their experiences and discuss challenges with company representatives.
Through the consultation programme, LONACI aims to strengthen collaboration with its distribution network, improve commercial performance, and translate stakeholder feedback into concrete measures that support sales growth and increased revenue.
The meetings are expected to continue across all 15 targeted zones, reinforcing LONACI’s commitment to building a more responsive, efficient, and profitable commercial network throughout Côte d’Ivoire.
